Companies still have a lot of work to do in the field of professional equality. This comment was made by the main parties involved. According to the barometer “Priorité(s) femmes”, conducted by the Fondation des Femmes and Kantar Public, 7 out of 10 women consider gender equality to be unsatisfactory in the professional sphere.
The fourth edition of this report, unveiled on March 7, indicates that society as a whole still has many areas to develop to finally achieve true equality between women and men. In addition to the lack of equality in the professional sphere, the majority of women surveyed (77%) “believe that the issue of women’s rights and gender equality is not properly and sufficiently addressed in the presidential campaign”.
