Morice launches “MoSarrasin”, a vegetable and chocolate dessert made from buckwheat

The vegetable dessert brand Morice has just unveiled a new product that is surprising to say the least. Say goodbye to soy, almond or coconut yogurts, “MoSarrasin” gives buckwheat seeds a prominent place. Crushed on a stone wheel, these make it possible to obtain a 100% vegetable and unctuous dessert. Organic, vegan and gluten-free, “MoSarrasin” combines the taste of roasted buckwheat with that of hazelnut and chocolate. It is available in organic stores for the suggested retail price of € 3.75 for 350 grams.

With this new dessert, the SME from Marseille remains true to its ambition: promoting French grains and seeds (rice from Camargue IGP, Buckwheat Occitan), natural and organic. Since 2017, Morice has been marketing its vegetable desserts in more than 1,500 organic stores across France. In 2021, the brand launched M’omage blanc, the first plant-based alternative to fromage blanc.
