The sunny days are back… and announce the festival season! On May 15, the city of Manchester (England) is hosting a much-anticipated event in the genre, the Northern Vegan Festival. Dedicated entirely to plant-based foods, this gigantic fair will bring together more than 100 exhibitors at the Bowler’s Exhibition Center from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
On the program: a wide range of vegan food products, ranging from street food to cakes, vegan drinks and chocolates, but also beauty and skin care products, clothing, candles and vegan craftsmanship. Food stands around the world will also offer free samples to try.
The Northern Vegan Festival is a charity event and the event staff are all volunteers. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to animal protection organizations such as Miracles Mission, which is committed to animal welfare. Entry to the festival costs £5 (about 6 euros), but is free for children under 16.
