Message for brunch fans living in the Paris area. The vegan restaurant Theory (formerly Burger Theory) is launching its first 100% vegan brunch at its Levallois-Perret facility. Available every Saturday and Sunday, by reservation, it is served from 11am to 3pm and offers exclusive sweet and savory recipes. On the menu: burgers, bowls, sandwiches, pancakes and biscuits. Customers can choose between an à la carte formula and an unlimited formula.
