ingredients

  • three bags of black tea (or equivalent)
  • 2 peaches (or any other seasonal ingredient you like)
  • 1L water
  • 1 handful of organic cane sugar (optional)

Steps to follow

Boil your liter of water. Allow to cool for a few minutes before dipping your tea into a bag or tea ball. Let it steep for 5 minutes, more or less depending on your desire for bitterness. Meanwhile, wash your peaches (or other chosen fruit), cut into quarters. Remove the tea balls. Add sugar if desired and stir well until completely dissolved.

Then dip the peach pieces in your tea and let them cool completely so that the peaches infuse well in the tea. After a few hours you can strain your tea and pour it into a large carafe. Then put it in the fridge for 2 hours to overnight.

Serve with ice cubes and a handful of fresh mint and voila!
