The start-up Heura, the Spanish leader in plant-based alternatives to meat, has decided to strengthen its range of alternatives to chicken with a new reference: the Original Nuggets. Available in France in January 2022, these vegan nuggets have nothing to envy to traditional nuggets. They are made from natural ingredients, are high in protein and fiber, low in fat and high in vitamin B12. And most importantly: their taste convinced a jury of children who tested the product “blind”.
At the beginning of 2022, Heura also expanded its sales outlets in France. The start-up’s meat alternatives are not only offered in many Carrefour and Monoprix stores, but are now also distributed by E.Leclerc, Géant and Casino. In total, the company has 1,000 points of sale in France.
