We went to Outback at 4002 Winghaven Boulevard O'Fallon Missouri. The service was horrible the food was bland and cold. The server was rude to our special needs daughter. Told the manager he just sent a new server. We have love outback for years BUT WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

I haven't been to outback before, but I called and asked a few questions, the miss who answered the call, was so so so nice,well spoken, I wish I remembered her name, so to the lady at Clarkston outback, thank you, and I'm definitely going to visit your location with my wife, and tell everyone how amazing you all are.

I live in England, my brother lives in Florida and every time I visit him, I eat at Outback at Orlando International Airport before my flight. Not this time. For a start, coconut shrimp is off the menu - and it is the main reason I go there. So I thought I'd have a burger.

On Thursday, 1/20/22, I called in an order to Outback Steakhouse on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh, NC. I was very specific with my order. I told them that I wanted a grilled chicken breast with NO SEASONINGS on it, not even salt and especially pepper. I had to repeat the order several times before the person the phone could get it correct.

My wife was in the Hospital, and when she was able to eat after 2 days she wanted #Outback! Long story short a 3rd party messed up the order..Mr. Christopher Mathew Reynolds @ the Hermitage, Tn location took charge and made the food Awesome! Once again thank you Mr. Reynolds and your Staff..will definitely be back and let everyone know!
