Pull out your spark plugs and check for fuel fouling. If they are fouled replace them. If it was badly flooded you may have to shoot a little oil into the spark plug holes then turn the engine over with the spark plugs out. Reinstall plugs and it should fire off. Good luck.

That message comes on every 20,000 miles, just like the oil change note at 10,000 miles. It doesn't mean anything special. You don't have to even do anything except turn it off.
