The pandemic has plunged many young people into uncertainty. After two long years of hardship, everyone only thinks of one thing: a change of scenery. This year, as has been the case for eight years, thousands of students will benefit from a helping hand to go on vacation.
Going on vacation costs money, especially if you are going to work. As a result, many young people in France work hard all year round to be able to leave for a few days in the sun. That is why the National Holiday Checks Agency (ANCV) set up the “Departure 6.25 pm” program in 2014. Goal ? Help financially those who want to recharge their batteries in the sun, in the mountains or in the city.
Who can benefit from this support?
This increase is only intended for 18 to 25-year-olds with a reference tax income of less than 17,280 euros per year. Scholarship students, pupils, social volunteers, young people who are enrolled in a second chance school, beneficiaries of the youth guarantee and people who are followed by youth care can also claim this financial support. What is the amount?
In total, the holiday voucher can finance up to 80% of the trip. The maximum ceiling is 200 euros and the remainder to be paid by the beneficiary must be at least 50 euros. Financial support is immediately debited at the time of booking.
How it works ?
The beneficiary of the holiday voucher can choose between three options: going to the sea, to the mountains or to a European capital, both in winter and in summer. In total, almost 10,000 destinations are offered throughout the year. To discover them, go here. The beneficiary can leave alone, as a couple or with friends who are also between 18 and 25 years old.
