Unlimited calls and texts: Free launches a free plan for Ukrainian refugees

Unlimited calls and texts with 10 GB internet. Usually such a package costs around ten euros in France. But to support Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war, Free decided to give them a gift. Light on this beautiful gesture of solidarity.

She and she hastily left their country, leaving behind all their lives. As a result, once arriving in France, Ukrainian refugees are often alone, with no news of their relatives. So to help them overcome this terrible ordeal, Free announced the launch of the “Ukraine Solidarity Package” on Tuesday, March 29. For now, this package is valid for two months, from March 29 to May 31, 2022.

What does this package include?

This solidarity package includes unlimited calls from mainland France to Ukraine, as well as 4 hours of calls/month from mainland France to Poland (where most of the refugees are). In addition, unlimited SMS to Ukraine and Poland and 10 GB of mobile internet in 4G.

How to benefit from it?

This “Ukraine Solidarity Package” cannot be subscribed directly online. To take advantage of this, refugees must go to a free store (there are more than 130 in France) and present the counselor with their “Ukrainian International Passport”.

An example to follow for other mobile operators.
