My advice to the consumer is whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM CDA. CDA supplied us with gas hobs. The glass on hobs blew on my wife's face injuring her. Despite Gas hobs being under warranty CDA had refused to investigate and replace under warranty.
Appliance broke in less than one year
Compressor broke within a year. We first reported this two weeks ago, as we are under warranty, and are yet to have a replacement part sent.
A company which needs to get their lies straight
Terrible customer service from start to finish. We got a brand new kitchen installed in Summer 2021 and discovered the hob and microwave was faulty from the start. An engineer came out to fix the hob and was more interested in finding other faults with the work the installer did than fixing the actual hob.

Update They asked me to send details to trustpilot at cda.eu but address seems invalid! Cannot use@ sign in my reply. Maybe they will contact me via ticket number 20747? Cda diswasher failed during warranty. After 3 months, and having been told they cannot supply parts I have been told they will not replace it either. Communication is appalling.

Would rate 0 if possible. After paying £119 labour costs for a repair on my combi microwave that the conventional oven won’t turn off on I received 3 engineer visits that resulted in them finally informing me they were unable to fix the fault and they would recommend CDA replace the microwave as its still within the parts warranty.

Seeking simple but important answer about whether spare part available for an Amica cooker. Despite trying to contact Amica via multiple channels, zero response. For me this means that even simple faults in Amica ovens cannot be repaired.

DO NOT BUY CDA Customer service appalling!! Microwave oven has broken down 3 times and CDA won't replace it. They insist on repairing the product. Average repair times 2-4 weeks.
