Also in the lobby you can purchase concert merchandise. There is the general admission area on the floor in front of the stage and there is a balcony area.

You can reserve and sign up for tales for small groups of 2 or more. There is service during the events. There are 4 bars that I am aware of.
Is the staff at the dance floor friendly?
The staff is friendly, kind, reasonable, and generally pleasant to interact with. The food is slow coming out sometimes, but there are interesting choices. The dance floor is large and live, but if you're not into that, the are a few table options upstairs at a premium cost.
