What is the best yeast to buy?
Best yeast I have used is Tesco dried yeast. Excellent product makes lovely bread and rolls. Really not fit for purpose! I really do not like this yeast, doesn't rise unless you use double quantities. I like Allison's Easy Bake yeast and have used the sachets for both hand baking and in a bread machine for years without any problems.
