According to their own website, Grubhub charges restaurants a base fee of 20% of every order, and then tacks on a credit card processing fee, order processing fee, and a delivery commission of an additional 10%.
What percentage of sales does Grubhub take from restaurants?
The commission rate of Grubhub to restaurants is a flat fee of 4.5% of the total order price. Grubhub also charges restaurants 2.5% to 7% of orders that generate less than $20 in sales.
How does Grubhub send orders to restaurants?

Restaurant.com does not guarantee availability of any Promotional Certificates on our Website, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Promotional Certificates at any time, or to add fees at any time. All Promotional Certificates are subject to change, and the pricing of Promotional Certificates may vary. Restaurant.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to an error.
