Pain et pâtisserie, j’ai reçus ma levure et je suis très déçu, premièrement elle n’était pas emballé sous vide, après deux essais ce fut un échec, une cuillère à soupe dans une tasse d’eau à 110f et aucune réaction à mon deuxième essai j’ai abaissé la température à 95f et les résultats n’ont pas été meilleurs.
