Can I Put my All Clad in the oven?
All-Clad stainless steel cookware is completely safe in the oven and under the broiler up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit (315 degrees Celsius). Their non-stick cookware is safe in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius) but you should only use it under the broiler for a limited amount of time (a minute or two).
