What is the ideal height range for a man?
I think my ideal is between 6' and 6'2". I'm 5'6" and I prefer at least 2 inches taller than me. But the reasoning for 6' to 6'2" isn't for a purely visual thing. I've found that this height range is perfect for spooning. At this height, when he is the big spoon I fit perfectly in his nook.

I finally hit a 225lb bench today!!!
Title, basically. This is the biggest lifting milestone I have ever hit. Ive been chasing 225 for like 2+ years, granted some of that time was spent slacking or not benching as hard as i should have. I had failed 225 once before this a few weeks ago, and hitting it was the best feeling ever.
Can't Get My Lats or Pecs to "Burn"
Relatively novice lifter here, lifting weights mainly for aesthetic purposes, and wondering how I can get my Pecs and Lats to feel a "burn". When I do compound lifts like rows for back or bench press for chest, my biceps and triceps always burn and fatigue long before my lats or pecs.
What do you guys do to grow calves?
As somebody who doesn’t have very good calf genetics I wonder if anyone has flipped it around and gained monster calves?

Maybe I'm a bit late for the question, but I think it really depends on the girl. Not only me but many girls around me agree that the perfect height is the one that allows you to snuggle in your boy's shoulder and it wouldn't be an exact measure but a range.
