Polymer mastic may work. Sticks to wet surfaces and they use on gutters although I can't see that lasting. I try to avoid plumbers mate but sometimes it gets you out of a fix

I like the stuff! Always successful on the first attempt. I keep it in the fridge which avoids it getting sticky.
