Td is decent. Fair pay but sometimes the work life balance is off. Working weekends isn’t fun either. I felt appreciated at work but sometimes management could’ve been a bit better.

Not what it should be
I thought TD was a great company, but the department I worked in was poorly managed, unrealistic stats expected and always has an extremely high turnover. Now that I am with another company that truly supports it's employees/contractors I can clearly see how leaving TD has been a HUGE blessing.

I found that none of the employees actually want to be there and are always looking for better opportunities. It feels like somewhere that people spend time working at when they're unsure about where to go with their professional careers. Pay is not good compared to the money you bring into the bank.
Decent but micromanaged to death
Pay is the best part from the teller position. Think of being a teller 20% of the job, the other 80% is trying to be a sleezy salesman to hit quotas that don't pay out much. Management only cares about hitting numbers, doing transactions for customers is the least of it. Micromanaged with a teller manager over your shoulder at all times.
