Is it the 3400 v6 or the 2.2l four cylinder? If it the v6 then what you have to do is first know where it is. It located on the end of your fuel rail on the driver side of the car. There will be a plastic hose coming off the top of the regulator, unplug it. You then have to undo your fuel line that runs into the bottom of the regulator.

it all depends on whose doing it, and if you have the right tools. but if your someone who knows what there doing it shouldnt take longer then about hour and half-2 hours if everything goes smoothly. but it just all depends on if you have help and no what your doing.
