Hi.... The fuel Pump relay (main relay) On your Honda Accord is located: Left side of the dash, near left side of the steering column. On direction under the Instrument cluster. You will need to remove the Cruise control Module if your car is equipaded with cruise control. The cruise control module is atached fro 2 screw 10mm. One on the steering column the other one at the Instrument bracket. After you remove the cruise computer, you will see the relay. Is a little bigger that a regular relay colour gray. The Main relay on your vehicle is defective. When the relay is operating while the engine is started and running, it gets hot. Add the hot weather to the relay and they break inside. The relay is located on the side firewall driverside above the left kick plate inside the car,and is secured with a 10mm hex cap screw (bolt).

The dreaded main relay supplies current to the fuel pump. Have that relay checked first.

You could possibly have a faulty fuel pump relay. Pull the relay out and see if the terminals are clean.
