I meet the requirements for UPS, and all the others. And I'm not insecure about unions in any way. The reason I don't work for them has been confirmed by a buddy of mine who happens to work for UPS. Micromanagement... He and I speak nearly every night, and the BS he puts up with for his big paycheck is laughable.

Union shops are just like non union shops. Some are run great, and they let you do your jobs and others are run terribly and they micromanage (among other things)
