Careful when eating clients food at their houses
I know that some people don't eat the snacks/food at their clients house because each client is different. But if you have cool laid back clients who insist that what's their is yours, and given the season, I offer up a warning.
COVID cancellations
I’m not at all upset about people cancelling because of covid, I’m really glad actually they are choosing to stay home. I’m just more sad I won’t be seeing my regular petsits for a while, I definitely get attached to them lol even more so when I’m away from home for college and can’t see my own fur babies.
owner returned to say cat i've been catsitting is sick! What to do?
Watched a couple of cats for about a week, dropping in twice a day. Everything went fine, no change in behavior. Owners extended stay a little later. I was able to watch a couple more and threw in a free drop in so it would just be 1-1.5 days alone. Left the cats fine well stocked with food and water. It's one day and they're cats.

Best format for scheduling and planning
For you seasoned Rover sitters out there, what format have you found to be the best way to do all of your planning and scheduling of clients’ services? Google calendar or something similar? Some other digital calendar? Traditional paper and pen calendar? I think I am actually leaning towards traditional pen and paper but trying to decide what kind of planner would be best for these needs, especially when clients often change their minds..
Pet owners not responding
I keep getting requests for walks and then the pet owner never responds back after my initial response. I just received one for a walk tomorrow at noon. I can't book it because I have no other information. Does this happen to anyone else? Will this hurt my standing on Rover?
First client appreciation post
I started my Rover account a few weeks ago and had my first client this week. He needs help with taking care of his 4 month old Malinois during the day while he’s at work.
