I have no complaints. If you are a self-starter and can manage your own business this is a great opportunity but if you need someone to micromanage you in order for you to produce this will not be a good fit.

Basically have to be working 12+ hours a day 7 days a week in order to make money. You’re paying for the CRM that they use to provide you leads ( that wasn’t mentioned in the interview). Cultish mentality, I’ve seen decent people be brainwashed into the companies logic.

Ive been with the company for now nearly 5 years. Initially never thought of sales as being a skill I might utilize for a career, but Ive been able to save a ton of my earnings while working my own schedule. The culture is fun, energetic, and supportive in our office, kinda like a second family. We all look out for each other.

They are not truthful in regards to how hard and miserable it is to start there. You notice the red flags immediately. They do interviews daily and hire everyone . They just want sheeple who will just do all the work for them.

USHA is a complete scam, beware
The leads are not provided, you will have to pay for them. The leads are initially provided are not warm, you are cold-calling. You will be given ethical training and then told to sell unethically. They only sell one product, not many, though it is easily customized, you will be trained to lie about what you are really doing.

I started a little later at age 47 after having practiced law and worked as an entrepreneur and both the income expectations and the "quality of the work" expectations have been surpassed at USHA. 80 hours a week commission only, management has no skills just men with money in power. Everyone is dating in the office and kids running around everywhere
