What is the attire for HOSA activity night?
When attending a Georgia HOSA event, it is required that all attendees be in Business Attire unless otherwise noted. Please check the Advisor's Guide for each event to ensure your students have the proper attire for all activities. The Dress Code applies not only to students, but to all conference attendees.
What is competitive casual dress code?
Most corporate offices have a dress code that allows at least Friday as business casual. Guys can wear slacks or chinos and a collared shirt. Women can wear pants and a blouse or a casual dress. Typically, no jeans or sneakers are allowed.

How many areas of the dress code does Georgia HOSA have?
HOSA's dress code policy has different areas of emphasis: general session dress; competitive events dress; and official function dress (workshops, HOSA expo and social activities).
Why is Hosa dress code important?
Requiring students to wear a HOSA shirt helps us identify quickly whether or not the student is a HOSA student and helps us keep non- HOSA members from attending our events.
Do you need a DECA blazer?
While official DECA blazers are not required during briefing and testing, professional business dress is required. Professional dress should also be worn to all conference sessions including workshops and special meal functions such as luncheons.
What should you not wear to HOSA?
Social activities dress code will include everything EXCEPT: athletic clothing, swimwear, sheer or mesh clothing, tank tops, muscle shirts, crop tops and clothing with obscene or suggestive printing. Shirt straps must be two inches wide and the length of shorts and skirts must be at minimum to the fingertip.
