I have a rather robust PC, but ever since the last four insider fast lane builds have been installed I keep locking up for a few seconds every two to three minutes. I see that the Service Host: Remote Procedure Call has grabbed about 15% of my CPU and about 230.1 MB of my memory. Once the service host drops to .2% CPU then the PC is unlocked.

Hmm for further info in a first step try Process Explorer and enable the Disk read bytes and write deltas bytes under View > Select Columns on the Process I/O tab, and CPU Usage on the Process Performance tab. Keep that open let if freeze see what if anything has spiked the CPU or has high disk delta reading.
