How do I change my name at BYU?

How to save my Byu ID?
You can save a copy of your BYU ID photo by logging in to MyBYU and going to your Personal Information (Camp us Links/Communication) page. Right click on your photo and save a copy.
When can I submit my ID card?
Students can submit their ID card photo one day after registering for classes - this should be done several weeks before the start of the semester to ensure an acceptable photo is submitted and approved. Once the photo is approved, the student can pick it up at the ID Center. No appointment needed.

The ID Center is the place to pick up Campus Courtesy cards, Creamery gift cards, and Dining Services gift cards.
Is Brigham Young University ID transferable?
Cards are Non-Transferable. The ID card is the property of Brigham Young University and is for internal campus use only. BYU is not liable for any external use or acceptance of the card. Neither the card nor any associated services or privileges are transferable.
Can spouses get a BYU ID?
Spouses and unmarried dependents ( ages 6-29) of most eligible BYU students and employees can become eligible for a BYU ID card. Sorry, spouses and dependents of SLC instructors and students are not eligible for an ID card. All spouses and dependents must meet Dress and Grooming Standards to use campus facilities, including intramural participation.
