The Benefits of Hot Power Fusion
With a wide range of CorePower Yoga locations and class types from which to choose, it can often be difficult to decide on which yoga class to take. You know that a C2 will give you the workout you’re craving, but a Hot Yoga class will completely rinse your body from head to toe.
This week I am focusing on Hot Power Fusion
Here is the description of this class from the CPY site: “This class blends powerful elements of CorePower Yoga’s Hot Yoga and Power Yoga classes. It encompasses the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hot Yoga with the intensity of Power Yoga.
What I liked about Hot Power Fusion
As the descriptions states, it is a combo of Power Yoga and Hot Yoga. So, you have the movements linked to breath, but at times you hold the poses a bit longer that you would in a traditional power/vinyasa class.
