I purchased a fancy LG WM3470HWA washer back in April, and after several months of denial, I finally came to the conclusion that my washer was shinking my clothes, to the point where they are not wearable, and I never, ever, dry them.

I made comments years ago about my LG washing machine shrinking my clothes (on delicate, cold) and following label instructions. continues to be a problem. I actually had a viscose shirt shrink over 4 inches in length and I sent the evidence (video of me washing it, measured before and after, and I recreated it as I had two shirts in two colours).
