Great Benefits, Stressful Enviroment

After working at Target's Front End for two years, I'd say it's a nice place to work provided you do well under pressure. The work environment is extremely fast-paced and you are expected to manage to handle multiple tasks that all need to be taken care of quickly and it can be a bit straining at times.

It has its good and bad attributes

Target is a nice place to work for, however training lacks structure and a clear how and why you are doing a specific task. This can lead to much anxiety for the employee and often affects negatively on customers experience. The store is in flux as it it is being remodeled.

Okay place to work for highschool or college students

Poorly managed, advancement is almost non existent unless you've worked there for over a decade or literally never say no to any of their requests (including coming in on days off or staying late). Most of the employees at my store share similar sentiments.
