Just an informational question. GRRM has apparently said that he was cremated, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows how it happened. I would imagine some loyalists would of taken the body after he fell, but it seems like the loyalist lines completely collapsed when Rhaegar died so I feel like that's a little suspect.
