SeaTac is pretty easy to navigate. As far as I know, the only constructions change is the closure of the C concourse entry to the train to N gates (I hope I have that right). But you can still transfer easily at a different stop. Honestly, I would not be concerned about it.
Is SeaTac open in Alaska?
SeaTac is Alaska's hub. They'll use what gates are open. Alaska is consolidating as much as they can into the North Satellite (N gates) but stull use C and D concourses heavily (B is news to me). The good news is it is all behind security so you don't have to leave airside for any transfer. But the N gates are only accessible by the underground train.
