We buy 4 jars (or more) of this at a time because our Winn Dixie seemed to run out frequently and would often have empty shelf space for it. My husband goes through a jar or more each week, so I like the lower salt and sugar for him. I use it in cooking and baking and those things aren't missed by anyone.
