The environment at the place was very stressful. I constantly felt under appreciated. I was doing jobs that wasn't even apart of my jon description. I do not mind helping out but it is different when I am constantly doing jobs that other people should be doing because they are lazy.
Fun and kind workplace!
Although I am not to fond of the fact that everyone is payed minimum wage and the staff is not tipped out by the servers, I love working at IHOP. The staff and manager are so kind, accepting, and fun to be around and they really make you look forward to going to work every morning. The flexible scheduling is also very helpful as well.
A fast paced job with some friendly and some unfriendly customers with friendly coworkers
It is a good place for the most part but the inflexability of the schedule is the main point of issue along with the stressful environment. Too many mobile orders without the pay to compensate, minimum wage not bad but not for this job.
