What is the Sky Zone?

Sky zone is an amazing job for teens and college students. A place they can learn and grow together and become great people. I recommend this job to any young person.

What are the pros and cons of Skyzone?

Working at Skyzone has its pros and cons. As far as cons go, you're standing on your feet for hours and you were often left without a break if you were over 18. Management had their favorites and would sometimes let them get away with more (let them have longer breaks and not writing them up when necessary). Constantly being on alert with screaming toddlers that don't listen and equally annoying parents that don't listen either made the job stressful at times. On the other hand with pros, scheduling time off and trading shifts was very easy, as they use an app to post the schedule. Team nights were fairly enjoyable and one of the best pros about working there. While management had favorites, they were kind and willing to work with you if you did your job well.

Great Place for High School Job

Fun work environment, wonderful management, room to move up and cross train to other positions.

Fun place but not enough pay

Easy job for a high school or college student. Pretty relaxed environment. Other staff members are nice people.

Great, active pre-college job, but it attracts many less-than-talented workers

It's not a boring job. It essentially requires little skill (other than common sense), an ability to remember the rules, and a friendly aura. The company's motto itself ("Have Fun, Fly Safe") emphasizes the goal of fun, but also safety. It's common sense.

Great People, Terrible Managers

Coworkers are very personable and work together very well. Communication is great and everything that needs to be addressed is always addressed in a timely fashion and as a team.

Excellent Company with Struggling employees

Fun environment, excellent discounts and employee benefits, easy to work your way up the ladder, easy to get raises, hard workers immediately crosstrained, flexible hours

Don't Do It

Awful, inexperienced managers who have no idea what they're doing and walk around with condescending attitudes The people who get promoted are the ones who have the most availability, i.e., the college dropouts and what not. Management hires people who aren't needed, which means less hours for everyone.

Where is the court monitor in 2021?

Court Monitor (Current Employee) - Kingston, MA - May 28, 2021. This position pays pretty well for a part-time job but it’s pretty physically and mentally taxing. 90% of the time you’re required to stand in pretty much one spot and leaning or sitting is not allowed. Especially on slow days, it gets incredibly boring.
