Well maybe just me has anyone checked pressure at the acumulator which taps in to the valve. I have also done a small test (only works with scrol comp) I wire it reversed at run cap. The comp will run back ward if the comp. is good you get differential pressures, if you get nothing bad comp. (call me crazy, desperate times desperate measures)
