Assertive
Prospects with assertive personality types are straightforward, reliably transparent customers. They often come to a sale knowing exactly what they want, and they may have a quick sales process.
Expressive
Similar to the amiable personality type, consumers with the expressive personality type also value relationships during and after a sale. They may want to understand more about how their sale will affect the overall organization or those responsible for sales.
