How long does it take to get a Way2Go card?
Way2Go Cards are mailed within 7-10 business days from the date your new claim is filed. Your card will arrive in a plain, white, window envelope. How long does it take to transfer money from Way2Go card to bank account?

Can I transfer money from my unemployment card to Cash App?
How are my unemployment benefits delivered? Unemployment can be distributed via a direct deposit using a routing and account number (like the one Cash App provides), a prepaid debit card (these can be linked to Cash App), or by check.
Can you link GO2bank to Cash App?
Yes, you can, but the other debit card must be issued from a U.S. bank and the name on the card must match the name on your GO2bank account. Just link your Visa or Mastercard debit card to your GO2bank account in the app.
How do I link my debit card to my bank account?
You need to login to the respective bank's internet banking portal. Once you log in, go to the section marked as 'Debit Card'. There will be instructions on how to generate an ATM PIN for your Debit Card. Generate an ATM PIN by following those instructions and your Debit Card will be activated online.
Direct Deposit Option
This option may be selected on Jobs4TN. Entering and maintaining the correct banking information is the sole responsibility of the claimant. Department of Labor employees are not allowed access to enter a claimant’s banking information.
In the Mail
Way2Go Cards are mailed within 7-10 business days from the date your new claim is filed. Claimants currently receiving benefits may also enroll for debit cards or direct deposit payments online at Jobs4TN.gov > Unemployment Services > Update Banking Information. In the future, all claimants will receive their unemployment benefits electronically.
Keep it Safe
As a general practice, do not give out any information about your account number, expiration date, or account balance to anyone who calls you on the telephone. Protect your Way2Go Card as you would credit cards or cash.
Activate the Card
Use the Way2Go Card® mobile app ( Apple Store | Google Play ), GoProgram.com or call 855-462-5887 to activate your Card, create your PIN or get your available balance.
Initial Deposit
If your claim is approved, your benefits will be deposited within 48 hours of the first payable week approved by the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Please remember to continue to certify for benefits weekly; failure to do so will result in benefits not being added to your card.
Keep your address up-to-date
If you need to change your address, you must update your address at Jobs4TN.
When will DETR be using Way2Go?
What's happening: Starting on July 1, 2021, DETR will be using the Way2Go® Card for benefit disbursement. You will no longer receive benefit payments on your Bank of America debit card. What to expect: You will soon receive a Way2Go Card® Debit Mastercard® in the mail.
When will Nevada change to Way2Go?
This transition will not affect your claim, only how you will receive your benefits beginning in July 2021.

What to do if your bank card is stolen in 2021?
If your card is reported lost or stolen after September 1, 2021 you will need to contact Bank of America at 888-339-8569 to retrieve your funds. Bank of America may close your existing account at any time on or after July 1, 2021, and your account remains subject to the terms of the Bank of America Cardholder Agreement.
How to activate Wisconsin EPPIC debit card?
You must do one of the following to obtain the funds on your debit card: Activate your Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard by calling EPPIC customer service, at 1-877-253-3686. Once activated you can withdraw all remaining funds at and ATM or bank branch.
How much is a gas hold on a debit card?
When you use your debit card to pay for fuel at the pump there will be a hold placed on your account funds by the vendor. The hold will be between $1 and $75 , and will be released an hour after your make your gas purchase.
How long does it take for a debit card to arrive?
The debit card should arrive 5-10 days after the payment posts. You may access your funds immediately by activating your debit card. To activate your EPPIC Debit MasterCard, you must call the EPPIC customer service number (1-877-253-3686) and follow the instructions to activate.
