Preparing to Park Moving Equipment
One of the most important tasks to take care of before moving day is securing safe, legal parking for the equipment. You’ll need to arrange for parking on both ends of the move, so make plans before the equipment is delivered for loading or unloading.
Secure the Space
The next step is figuring out where to park the moving equipment. Along with space, you need to consider overhead clearance and the surface. Learn more about the space needed for both equipment types and watch videos to help you visualize the process:
Make Plans for Drop-Off and Pick-Up
The last piece to coordinate is equipment delivery. When equipment is dropped off, both at origin and destination, someone at least 18 years old needs to be present to sign for the delivery and instruct us on equipment placement.
Frequently Asked Parking Questions

Storage is Available if You Need More Time
Not ready to unload at the new house? Add storage to your trailer move and keep everything right in the equipment! This is a convenient option for anyone who needs a little more time to get settled. Pricing is based on 30-day periods for each trailer you store.
Prices Based on Space, Not Weight
Rates are based on linear feet (not weight), making it easy to see your cost as you load. Just change the space on your trailer quote to see how your price changes if you use a different amount of space.
