Good place overall to work for
Worked here for several years. overall good place they will treat you well and there are advancement opportunities if you work them. Some of the managers are sub par though.
Tough Rewarding Job
Depending on which location (Central in district) you are at, work load can become overwhelming. High expectations, but fair wages. Management styles vary heavily. Heavy hitting on rules and procedures.

The general manager at the Sharonville location is the best boss that you could ever ask for. He is very understanding and down to earth. You can talk to him about anything and he is a great friend. One of the co-workers here is a vindictive person. He does not act professional at work at all. He is very hard to get along with.
Cons
having to go outside a lot when it is hot and humid or when it is very cold. some of the co-workers.
