We tried three different sausages in the samplings, and the alligator was by far the best. It's hard to beat any kind of sausage, but it was a nice taste of the Cajun flavors we love in Houston.

Dolmathes and tzatziki

If you're somehow tired of fried faire food, head to the Greek Agora for favorites such as gyros, hummus and baklava. But the dolmathes with a housemade tzatziki sauce made for a refreshing, lighter course in our sampling. The delicate grape leaves were nicely stuffed, and the sauce had the pleasant tang you hope for in Greek food.
