How authentic is this Renaissance Faire to the Renaissance?

How much does it cost to go to a renaissance fair?
I’m usually so excited about Renaissance fairs and I’ve been to several in different countries and states. This time around I was terribly disappointed, the entrance fee is ludicrous $32 per adult and you know what it gets you? Absolutely NOTHING! Only through door. From there EVERYTHING is extra and it is also ridiculously expensive.
