How do I purchase tickets for the Texas State Fair?
Advance gate admissions and carnival mega passes can be purchased in advance through Etix. Tickets will be available through partner locations and we will have weekly promotions during the fair. Monday, August 16 // Discount Day // $8.00 (sales tax included) for those ages 11 and over.
How many tickets do I need for rides at the fair?
Kiddie rides require 2-3 tickets. Spectacular rides 4-6 tickets. Grants access to the front of every ride line. Purchase at specially marked ticket booths around the fairgrounds. Rider must be present in order to purchase. Advance priced tickets can be used any day the fair is open, weekdays or weekends.
What kind of events can I do at the State Fair?
