Thanks so much for taking the time to review us - we're glad it was a positive experience for you! While we're sad to see you're no longer here, we hope you'll stay in touch.
somewhat decent place to work
this job is very easy, anybody could do it honestly, but the system problems don’t make it easy at all. i’ve had problems since i started here and they still to this day aren’t fixed. i’m currently actively seeking another job because i honestly feel my problems and other peoples problems will never get fixed.
Great place to be a CSR, horrible place to be a supervisor
We are overworked and underpaid. They are piling more and more work on us, but we get no help, no training and no support. Management is completely out of touch.
Upper management positions are scapegoats
Hard work is not rewarded and staff is not knowledgeable. You will be overworked and overwhelmed but expected to give 100%. Training should be more extensive at all levels but it's not. It's either sink or swim.
Okay workplace
Good pay but can be very stressful at times. Lots of angry customers. If you aren’t much of a social person or can’t handles angry people this job isn’t for you.
good place to work at if you like lots of work
consistant work especially summers and good pay just gotta deal with customers at times but overall good. Would recommend if you like to work with your hands

Safelite AutoGlass - Windshield crack repair
Tech came to repair my windshield chip, the machine broke and could not do the repair, told him that my concern that the windshield would crack. He assured me that it would not crack. Next day the window cracked. Called and they told me that he should not tell me that. Safelite offered me a discount. Not fair in my opinion.

Safelite AutoGlass - False warranty, predatory practices
On December 20, 2021, I brought my vehicle to my local Safelite Autoglass (Columbia, MO) for a warranty repair on a windshield they previously replaced in November, 2019. Safelite advertises a "Nationwide LIfetime Warranty" which sounds fantastic, however, that's where their service ends.
Safelite AutoGlass - All day drop off
Went to Colorado Springs location on aeroplaza was quoted $400 for a window replacement. Granted I was 10min late for an all day appointment. She didn't want to take my car and tried to reschedule me for next Saturday. My issue is if it was an insurance claim they were going to take it in the same day.
