Great place to be a CSR, horrible place to be a supervisor

We are overworked and underpaid. They are piling more and more work on us, but we get no help, no training and no support. Management is completely out of touch.

Okay workplace

Good pay but can be very stressful at times. Lots of angry customers. If you aren’t much of a social person or can’t handles angry people this job isn’t for you.

consistant work especially summers and good pay just gotta deal with customers at times but overall good. Would recommend if you like to work with your hands

Terrible place to work if you value your home life

I was a manager it one of their locations and I easily worked 12 hour days and was expected to work 6 days a week. Technicians were expected to work overtime and then complaints were had about overtime. Far too much was expected with little in return.

Hard work

Great pay, just hard work after training. It can get stressful, outdoor work with the heat so keep that in mind. But the pay is pretty decent. You have experience techs that will help if needed.
