I strongly feel Safelite advertises a false warranty, and upon reading other complaints and reviews, it is clear they regularly use similar "mystery" impacts to deny many other customers, as well. I deeply regret conducting any business with Safelite, and will continue to share my experience with others given any opportunity to do so.

Do not use safelite. Ever
I wouldn’t recommend safelite to anyone! I needed my rear windshield replaced and decided to use safelite. They scheduled me on the following Monday to come replace the glass. They called me that Monday and said my glass didn’t come in and would have to reschedule.
Sadja is an amazing tech
Sadja is an amazing tech. So friendly and did an incredible job. If you need any replacement services, I would highly recommend Sadja. 5 out of 5 stars.
I got lucky I went elsewhere
I got lucky. Safelite kept changing the estimate and it was just below my deductible. The wait was long. I went to a five star rated local father and son. It was less than half the price (Allegro in Aurora) Not fancy but good people and good price. Poor but proud.
Small chip repair and full windshield replacement
I had a small chip repaired in order to prevent the windshield from cracking. Less than a year later, the small chip cracked across my entire windshield. In order to replace the now cracked windshield, Safelite wanted to charge me double what I was able to find locally. I recommend considering local options before working with Safelite.
Bad communication
I made a appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. In order to replace my Windshield in my 2021 Subaru Ascent. They Called me 30 Minutes ahead of the 10:00 Appointment time to tell me the parts were not in. I had driven 1.5 hours to be there by 10:00 and was sitting down the street drinking coffee so I would not be late.
They did a crummy job!
The windshield on my car was replaced by Safelite AutoGlass several months back and I've finally decided to get around to writing a review because the current situation has continued to eat at me.
Scammers
When you call, no matter what you call about, they tell you go online and the recording hangs up. You get online and you can't look anything up. You have to make an appointment and not know if you have to pay for a warranty issue or not.

Safelite AutoGlass - False warranty, predatory practices
On December 20, 2021, I brought my vehicle to my local Safelite Autoglass (Columbia, MO) for a warranty repair on a windshield they previously replaced in November, 2019. Safelite advertises a "Nationwide LIfetime Warranty" which sounds fantastic, however, that's where their service ends.

Went to Colorado Springs location on aeroplaza was quoted $400 for a window replacement. Granted I was 10min late for an all day appointment. Official response from Safelite AutoGlass
Thanks so much for taking the time to review us - we're glad it was a positive experience for you! While we're sad to see you're no longer here, we hope you'll stay in touch.
somewhat decent place to work
this job is very easy, anybody could do it honestly, but the system problems don’t make it easy at all. i’ve had problems since i started here and they still to this day aren’t fixed. i’m currently actively seeking another job because i honestly feel my problems and other peoples problems will never get fixed.
Great place to be a CSR, horrible place to be a supervisor
We are overworked and underpaid. They are piling more and more work on us, but we get no help, no training and no support. Management is completely out of touch.
Upper management positions are scapegoats
Hard work is not rewarded and staff is not knowledgeable. You will be overworked and overwhelmed but expected to give 100%. Training should be more extensive at all levels but it's not. It's either sink or swim.
Okay workplace
Good pay but can be very stressful at times. Lots of angry customers. If you aren’t much of a social person or can’t handles angry people this job isn’t for you.
good place to work at if you like lots of work
consistant work especially summers and good pay just gotta deal with customers at times but overall good. Would recommend if you like to work with your hands
I used to defend the Kia Stinger adamantly, but the Kia dealers have worn me down
Hey all, it's no surprise that the Kia dealership experience isn't that great, we've seen plenty of posts since the Stinger's release but I do want to share my story because I do believe now that Kia dealers are definitely impacting the success of the Stinger.
I now completely understand why regular people aren't passionate about driving
My BRZ is currently in the shop for a couple days, and I got a loaner, commuter grade Legacy. It's an automatic vs my manual, so I knew throttle response was going to be pretty poor/weird. What I didn't expect was the absolute boredom and dreariness from all the other inputs.
Is anyone else sick and tired of seeing 12 minute drag race videos
It's literally 12 seconds of content stretched unbelievably thin across 10 minutes of video.
