It's just like any other place you have some good and not so good moments, some managers are great and some if they don't like you then your just SOL.
Pros
Monthly activities, if the company meets their goals they share the profits with the employees.
Positive work environment , from employees to managers everyone at least in my location are very close and the energy is always good
Pretty new to the company but from my prior experience in several other companies/positions Safelite at least in my location has been the best experience by far out of any other positions I’ve held.
Can't be trusted
It seems that they are constantly putting more on us and asking us to do more, but they are giving less. The bonus program is gone, no matter what you do they want another
Needs improvement
Everything needs improvement but anyone who isnt cooperate is a good person. Most issues will come from dispatch and the warehouse. The pay structure for technicians could be improved quite a bit.
When my health declined I had no other choice but to leave
I was hired with management knowing my declining health and despite promising me work from home I was never given it. My manager even sent the work from home emails on my days off when I could not respond.
Not for everyone
The job isn't for everyone. It requires you to work outside in sometimes terrible conditions. Alot of what they train you isn't done when it comes to actually doing the job. Weekends are required once hired.

Good starting job
Unlimited overtime, flexible schedules, and food trucks would come by every Friday .. oh I forgot weekly pay was amazing.
Good place to work BEFORE the transition
No Sunday , 401k, Benefits . If you enjoy outdoors this job will be good for you. Rainy days are slower = less jobs to do unless they have cover

Safelite is a great place to work with Leadership Teams who are coached to be Leaders not dictators. They have great training programs to keep their employee's moving up. The downside as with any call center is attendance is priority in making sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

Fast paced and tolerable for 6 months but worth the stress?
Multiple shifts available, ranging from part-time to full time. Generous attendance policy- stay below 9 tardies or absences. Best benefit: You also get a quarterly bonus based on whether you meet your metrics and the company exceeds sales goals, even as part-time. At least it somewhat makes up for low starting pay (min wage in AZ).
Decent place to work
Super easy job to do, just take inbound calls and schedule glass repair appointments or take information for auto insurance claims.

Easy part time work, enjoyed the freedom that was given to each employee. System is straight forward and simple
