It depends on whether it's a shiny or dark/dull-finished pan. If it is, Manufacturers of dark bakeware may recommend reducing the oven temperature by 25°F for some baked items to compensate for this.

With any breakfast recipe that takes over 20 minutes, this is always an important question. Delicious breakfasts are great, but so is sleeping in. This cake though can definitely be made in advance and refrigerated overnight. If you don’t frost it, you don’t have to refrigerate it.
