No one flat out dissed Ooma’s service, there were just some complaints. Ther were a few complaints about call quality, customer service, lack of accessories and a complaint about unauthorized charges. Here’s one:

How do I reconnect my Ooma?

Ensure that your Ooma Wireless + Bluetooth Adapter is plugged in all the way. Remove your adapter, reboot your Telo Base Station, and then re-insert the adapter. Move the Telo Base Station closer to your router or wireless access point to make sure it is not out of range.
