Re: Size Change Stacks in Pathfinder 1) Paizo have ruled that you can stack one real size change + one effective size change, regardless of source, and that's it. Growth Mutagen and Enlarge Person are both real size changes and thus don't stack.

Does enlarge person enlarge weapons?
All items wielded by the character are enlarged, regardless of when they're picked up.
Does legendary proportions stack with enlarge person?
As per the rules on size changes, size changes do not stack, so if you have multiple size changing effects (for instance an effect that increases your size by one step and another that increases your size by two steps), only the largest applies.
Does enlarge give you reach 5e?
No; Being Large doesn't inherently increase your reach (from the edge of your space); you just have a larger space to reach from.
Does enlarge person stack?
Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack. Enlarge person counters and dispels reduce person . Enlarge person can be made permanent with a permanency spell.
Does enlarge reduce stack?
Does Enlarge/Reduce stack? No. Two instances of the same spell on a single target will not have the same effect multiple times.
Does enlarge increase damage?
Though, the Enlarge/Reduce spell also causes creatures to do 1d4 extra damage with weapons they use.
Size Change Stacks in Pathfinder
So, I've been considering making an Alchemist who focuses primarily on size manipulation abilities for a while, but there's one thing I haven't really been able to find a good ruling on. Said thing is whether an Enlarge Person extract would stack with the size increase from taking the Growth Mutagen from the Master Chymist's Advanced Mutations, resulting in a Huge character, or if they wouldn't overlap at all, due to being the same type of effect. In addition, if I used a permanence effect (like Eternal Potion) to make an enlarge person on my character Permanent, whether that size increase would carry over to the Mutated form of the Master Chymist..
Re: Size Change Stacks in Pathfinder
Enlarge person does expressly state that it doesn't stack with other size-altering effects. However, if you could find a way to make it do so, it being permanent would mean it's on you no matter what form you took. As long as you were a valid target for it, it would apply its effects.

So, basically, RaW: No, but in practice, ask the GM and see if they're willing to house-rule it for the sake of rule of cool?
Re: Size Change Stacks in Pathfinder
Well, Really the third level of ANY of the extracts that let you turn into a specific creature type do the trick.
Pathfinder Online shutting down
Well it looks like after about six years of not really taking off very well, the pathfinder online MMORPG will be shut down this year in November. I'm kinda sad it never really became as big as it could have, but I'm also not really surprised either when I look at the graphics and gameplay footage, it still looks alpha in some ways.

Why is Demilich so changed in its origin compared to D&D?
Here it's a lich who was astral projecting for a long time without returning to its phylactery which seemingly made the magic go bad. In D&D it was natural evolution of a lich into a greater being who did not need rest of the body.
